Kingdom policy of equal opportunity employment is not just a fancy word marketed by most of the countries. Saudi females have risen above the highest bar when it comes to technology adoption. KSA has recently witnessed several Saudi females taking the strategic positions in private and government sector alike, which proves that they have the capability of taking strategic initiatives and planning.
The vision 2030 cannot be achieved without the effective leadership. Vision needs to be backed with strong strategies not only on technology but on the public engagement as well.?The best part of strategy used by H.R.H Prince Mohammad bin Salman is KPI that is translated in a unique, simple but effective way, Keeping the People of KSA Interested, Informed, Involved, and Inspired. One such example is Leap 2022 which has set the stage for being the world largest tech event, Leap 2023 will break all previous records.
?World has never seen any nation so aligned with their leader vision like Saudi Arabia, where they live, breath this dream and feel themselves as the partners in the Vision 2030.
?The future is not far when Saudi Arabia will be “From Nothing to something to everything”
