Agriculture Talent Pathway ??

Focused on addressing labor shortages in the province’s thriving agriculture sector, the Agriculture Talent Pathway seeks candidates with relevant skills to support Saskatchewan's booming agricultural economy, which saw over $3.2 billion in exports from four major crop sectors in 2023.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Canadian Level Benchmark (CLB) 4 in language proficiency.
• Secondary education or higher.
• At least one year of full-time work experience in their intended occupation within the last three years, or six months of full-time work with the employer who issued their Job Approval Letter.
• A valid job offer for a permanent, full-time agriculture sector position in Saskatchewan.
• Intent to live and work in Saskatchewan.

Eligible Occupations: Includes positions like material handlers, specialized livestock workers, harvesters, nursery and greenhouse laborers, food and beverage processing operators, and more.

Health Talent Pathway ??

Part of Saskatchewan’s Health Human Resources (HHR) action plan, the Health Talent Pathway consolidates all healthcare recruitment efforts under the SINP to address healthcare workforce demands. This pathway is designed for healthcare professionals, whether they are in the Express Entry pool or applying outside of it.

Eligibility Criteria: For both categories:

• Eligible for Saskatchewan licensing (if applicable).
• Relevant post-secondary education (diploma, degree, etc.).
• Intent to work and reside in Saskatchewan.

For non-Express Entry candidates:

• CLB 5 in English or French.
• At least six months of full-time work with the supporting employer within Saskatchewan or one year of work experience in the last five years in their occupation.

For Express Entry candidates:

• Valid Express Entry profile and Job Seeker Code.
• CLB 7 in English or French.
• One year of skilled work experience in the last five years in their intended occupation if applying from outside Canada.

Eligible Occupations: Spanning across healthcare, including roles like managers, nurse practitioners, medical technologists, pharmacy technicians, opticians, physicians, and more.
