New Talent Pathways in Saskatchewan ?

The Saskatchewan Immigrants Nominee Program (SINP) will launch two new immigration pathways to bring skilled workers in the agriculture and healthcare field. The SINP is trying to address the current labour market needs and fill in-demand job roes in the agriculture and healthcare sector.

The new talent pathways aim to help farmers and other employers in these sectors to manage the current workforce demands of the province. The Healthcare Pathway is meant to be an important resource for the provincial healthcare sector. ?

SINP’s Agriculture Talent Pathway

You would be eligible for the Agricultural Talent Pathway if you:

  • Are legal resident in Canada or currently living outside Canada
  • Not a refugee claimant
  • Have minimum proficiency of CLB 4 or higher
  • Have completed post-secondary education or higher
  • Have a full-time job offer in the agricultural sector of Saskatchewan
  • Have a minimum full-time work experience of one year in the last three years
  • Are willing to work and stay in the province ?

The table below lists the job roles and NOC Codes that are eligible to apply under this pathway:



SINP’s Health Talent Pathway ?

You would be eligible to apply for the non-Express Entry sub-category of the Health Talent pathway if you: ?

  • Are legal resident in Canada or currently living outside Canada
  • Not a refugee claimant
  • Have minimum proficiency of CLB 5 or higher in English or French
  • Are employed for more than six months in a full-time job in Saskatchewan (if applying from the province)
  • Have a minimum full-time work experience of one year in the last five years
  • Have a valid and full-time job offer in the healthcare sector of the province
  • Are willing to work and reside in Saskatchewan ?

Foreign skilled workers who are in the Express Entry applicant pool are also eligible to apply for this pathway and gain?Canada PR.?Applicants can get PR within 6 months or less.
