Time has changed.?
Fall back!?
The days grow shorter,?
and the sun,?
well,?
it plays a little harder to get.
I was out for a Sunday walk, reflecting…?
The #RunningReflections may start on the road, but these are the thoughts that run through my mind constantly.?
Recently, I’ve been noticing the subtle but powerful difference between sarcastic humor and passive aggression. Strange that it’s taken me this long to make the connection, but here we are.
The difference really lies in intention: lightheartedness vs buried resentment.?
Sarcasm can be playful, a nudge.?
Passive aggression, though, comes with an undercurrent of anger that only weighs me down.
I think it’s time to extricate the passive-aggressive.?

And double down on the good-hearted nature.?
Embrace the lightness.?
It just feels… right.

3 个月I agree with setting an intention for more light-heartedness. It's important to check sarcasm if it gets out of hand ;-)
