SaraCatherine’s journey with barre3 began like many others: with a simple job and an open mind. She saw a need—a gap in training support for franchise studios outside of Portland—and she stepped up to fill it.

Through persistence, she convinced the leadership team to let her travel and work more closely with studios. Her drive to support, educate, and develop others led her to in-person training, a role that quickly became her passion. And over time, as she continued to raise her hand, take initiative, and prove her leadership capabilities, she transitioned into a full-time role with barre3’s home office.

Leadership Through a Boundless Mindset

SaraCatherine’s journey is a testament to the power of believing in oneself and taking action. She attributes much of her growth to one of barre3’s core values: Make It Happen.
