In this article Sara talks about how she still, even after she became a billionaire stands up to make sales call on the phone.

She says "I have never, ever made an important phone call sitting down. The outcome of the call is always better when I'm standing. It probably has something to do with energy, confidence, delivery. It's just a subtle nuance I have found to be helpful."

I always remind myself before I call, or as clients are calling in to smile before answering. This energy comes across in your voice, and sends a positive vibe to your client.
