SAP's Next Chapter

SAP recently announced some important moves for the Next Chapter of the company, with a goal of maximizing our customers’ success and ensuring the best possible experience when doing business with us. As part of the changes, I have taken on a new role as President, Global Sales and GTM, within the Customer Success Board Area. In this capacity, I oversee the sales organizations for a number of SAP’s market-leading technology portfolios, including SAP Ariba, Fieldglass, SuccessFactors, Customer Experience, Digital Supply Chain, S/4, HANA & Analytics, and Cloud Platform.

SAP SuccessFactors is at the heart of our People solution area so I will continue to remain very close to the business, its employees, partners and customers. Succeeding me as President, SAP SuccessFactors, is Jill Popelka. I have worked with Jill for many years, most recently when she was the Chief Operating Officer for SuccessFactors and previously as the leader for our APJ region. She’s an expert in the industry, passionate about our customers, and has a strong vision for we’re headed with HXM. 

Whether it’s SuccessFactors or any other SAP solution, we know customers and partners today demand a seamless experience from us, which means one united team with a consistent message and a clear engagement model. I look forward to working with Jill and our other exceptional SAP leaders - We have an opportunity across all of our cloud solutions to come together in new ways to provide the best service for our customers. I’m excited about the journey and I look forward to working with many of you along the way.
