SAP SuccessFactors LMS for a Learner

Mehnti Mulazim is a learner. He is familiar with SAP SuccessFactors but new to LMS which his company has recently implemented. He wants to know how to enroll in a course or class, and therefore needs help.

Faisal Iqbal , who is an SAP Authorized Trainer and has delivered LMS training too, in addition to other SuccessFactors Academy and Administrator courses to various corporate clients, explains the steps in his blog as follows;

1 - You can access learning from the main navigation menu or from quick actions on the home page.

2 - Select a course assigned to you to see its detail.

3 - On the next page, you can see the course details and request a class (for an Instructor Led Training).

4 - If you want to explore other courses, you can use ‘Find Learning’ option on the Learning page.

5 - From the Library, you can select a course to see its detail and assign it to yourself.

6 - You can click on ‘Upcoming Classes’ for details.

7 - In addition to reviewing its details, you can register in the class directly from the next page.

8 - For courses which require approvals, such as this one, notifies learner of the pending approval.

Now Mehnti Mulazim, and learners like him, have learned how to select courses/classes from the SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
