SAP SuccessFactors 1H 2025 Release Dates

The SAP SuccessFactors 2025 Release Dates are available and should be part of all project plans and application maintenance plans. At Pentos , they are.?

Although the SuccessFactors solution enjoys a high degree of availability, it is advised that customers do not go live with major upgrades or initiatives in the week before and after production release. For example, do not plan to go live with a new module in this time; do not launch a group of performance reviews. You can continue daily operations, perform data updates, run reports, run payroll and register time - just avoid "big things".

For those that are new to this, the SAP SuccessFactors release schedule accommodates a 5-week preview duration following feedback from customers. Customers have the option of having multiple instances (DEV, QA, PROD) and one of these should be in a Preview based instance. The release schedule means that preview based instances are updated 5 weeks before production, giving you time to perform regression testing and evaluating impact of the release on your processes.?

2H 2025 2H 2025 Preview October 13 --- 2H 2025 Production November 14-16
