Ques: What are the main functions, sales order processing is used for?
Ans: Sales Order Processing are mainly a system in which all the steps starting from the customers ordering items or services to the delivery of products. The sales order are created using various specific & fixed terms and conditions.?
The main functions behind sales order processing steps includes checking for the data which is incomplete or any status of sales transaction, checking of the scheduled for delivery of goods, managing the articles availability to be purchased etc.?
Ques: What is the concept behind Distribution Channel in SAP SD?
Ans: When the goods and services are distributed to the customers and when the distribution channel is being used as the selection criteria to create the list of customers, then that process is said to be using distribution channel.
It could be direct sales, retail sales or whole sales.? One or more distribution channels can be assign to a single sales organization as per the requirement.?
Ques: Explain the concept behind Partner Function?
Ans: In any organization, during the business process, a partner function determines which all particular functions a partner is performing. Also, it helps in making the relationship between two customers, where one customer do a particular business function for the other customer.? For ex: Sold to Party, Ship to Party, Bill to Party, Payer etc.

Ques: Define the concept of Schedule Lines ?
Ans: The concept behind schedule lines are they are used for the division and categorization of the item in a particular sales order on the basis of date and quantity.?
Basically, in sales document a particular item is being divided into one or more schedule lines.? The schedule lines are categorize on the basis of item category of the item as well as the MRP of the material.
Ques: How do these copy controles work in SAP SD?
Ans: Copy control is the concept in SAP SD which is used to determine if we are using the new prices or not.? Various important transactions are being copied from one document to another, in a sales document. A copy control in a SAP System can be setup in three levels of the sales document which include header level, item level and schedule line level.?
