4 年Florian Thats quite an interesting aspect of evaluating the story telling & translating it in Application. You still have formadible task ahead. Not only to transform but to talk on real issues. Why can't we build a product that suites the Vertical needs. Instead of pushing the product we must incorporate the inevitable changes. For Ex: Streamlining SCM Operations to fulfill demand, decreasing supply time & shipping to Customer order. I was invited to a Conference last year to speak about Digital Transformation. When i asked every IT giants to propose the product with reducing cost. Leverage programming of AI/ML to meet the business needs, compliance, KPI's, accurate reporting & creating transparency. With the help of automation like sensing the disruption & alerting the SCM team to prepare in advance for prioritizing the Orders & re-allocation of inventory. Providing the Operator availability with material inventory & operations to complete reducing the cycle time. These are real problems which one must consider else gone are the days of legacy ERP. Being a SI, i may encounter problems but trust me in the long run it will create an echo system to help many Customers. Most important point is to Organize the unstructure data.
