My latest video on how to manage different scenarios in Lease Accounting under IFRS 16 or IndAS 116 using SAP RE-FX

Following two Scenarios I am referring here

a). Lease Condition needs to be revised post Capitalization

Ex: US CPI index change requires revision in Lease Installment

b). Premature Surrender of Lease Contract
