SAP IL Country Version

1. Introduction

SAP Israel Country Version (Localization) has various of functionalities to support the Israeli tax laws. In addition to the mandatory requirements the package contains tools and exits to improve validations and data.

The implementation must come with great deal of knowledge in order to do it right, otherwise the user can get errors while reporting tax files and reports.

2. Menus

There are several menus: for the user and for customization.

The user menu as shown here has several options and it should be added to the users main menu (like here) or in the specific user menu.

3. Israeli Tax Laws

There are several mandatory processes for tax reporting:

• VAT File
• Tax annual Report
• Uniform files

You can not play with this implementation since it contains the company official data. You don't want to have a tax audit because of wrong reporting.

4. Developments

The SAP IL package comes with several options for user enhancements. In some cases it is mandatory to add some programming to improve the reported data, user validation tools clearing process , etc.

In order to have a satisfied user you need to implement a complete solution.

5. Upgrade SAP Versions

You must have the upgraded version because of new releases for mandatory legal changes. You must follow SAP OSS notes constantly.

5. SAP Team

The SAP IL package was developed in Israel from the beginning of SAP in Israel (~1994). The development team continues to support and add new features according the changes in the legal requirements.

6. SAP Consultant

Use only local Israeli SAP consultant for implementing the country version. The SAP documentation will not do. There are so many of information and knowledge you cannot find in documentation.
