Santa's Grotto

Last week a few of Bibby Leasing's little helpers donned their Xmas jumpers. We were given a box of stuff, scissors, accessories, keys to the craft cupboard and tasked with building a Grotto for Santa.

Fortunately/unfortunately a couple of us were raised in the 70s. Jade, myself and Ian Story created a Winter Wonderland :) for an amazing charity which provides a home from home for families whose kids are ill in hospital.

Thanks to all at Ronald McDonald Hathersage House, Manchester for allowing us to help and hopefully the Grotto stayed up long enough for the children to enjoy :) I never got a Blue Peter badge.

As a parent it's really difficult to have kids in hospital, but particularly at Christmas.
