Santa Cruz County Real Estate Market Update - January 2018
We’re still in a seller’s market in Santa Cruz County, with only 1.02* months of inventory as of January 8th for single-family homes. In December, the number of new listings fell to 81. Sales slowed as well, with 167 closings. The average sale-to-list price ratio fell to 98.9%, while average days on market rose to 45. The median sale price dropped to $831,000, which is 18.4% higher than the median sale price from December 2015.
