Do you think that was crazy?

No.

Not for me.

He is an absolute go-getter and silent.

He is discovering what all does not work.

And he is getting convinced more and more about what all works.

One of these things is to be CONGRUENT.

He dismissed me when I was answering one of his questions and was contradicting myself.

Wow!

I never realized I was saying two contradictory things in the same breath!

I paused.

You know now why he commands my respect?

He is mentoring me inside out..

I was learning not to falter with my students as well.????

That was his next instruction.

I closed my eyes.

My face widened with huge amusement.

He was saying something, word by word.

Feel by feel.

He was already feeling which I was about to feel.

About 6 months back, he saw me serving a huge client base, because he thought that I had the clue to the challenge people face who get stuck 90% of the time.

I remembered that.

At the same moment, the scene came to my mind what Andrew Carnegie had told when asked as to how he earned so much money in quick time.

He said he could focus on one subject for 5 minutes at a time.

My mentor was asking me to do that exercise.

For at least 30 seconds.

How do you feel??He asked.

What will you do when you achieve that result?

I was thinking of immediate payment of my credit card bill whenever I invest in personal development and hire an expensive coach!!!????

Last time when I was lagging behind in producing results, he wanted me to look for somebody who could help.

That was shocking.

Another mentor and another way of looking at things.

The process might as well be very different.

An extra spending of course, haha!!

My idea is to be consistently working on a method, so that it produces result eventually, it has to.

But what I was being asked was to Save Time.

May be with a different approach.

We do read different books on the same subject, don’t we?

So that is what, you learn?what you can learn, expedite the process by creating a disruption like submitting to to another process,?and

Then come back to the process where you resonate

The habit of producing results, with an alternative process.

I don’t, if you are not teachable.

Which means, that I qualify.

And I go all out

For the few people, my dream clients!

If you have a problem, you definitely have a solution.

Its just that the solution is not visible to the person who lives with the problem.

And that is all.

So I start with a personality interpretation.

If you know what are your strengths, then you could search the solution.

Find your Strengths

Launch a Search campaign

Zero down on the Solution.

Now, most of us invest all our might on correcting the weaknesses.

So I rephrase those weaknesses into Altered Strengths.

Which means

You have Strengths and Altered Strengths.

5 of them in each case.?A total of 10 strengths.

At least one skill.

One aptitude.

And a right perception.

That makes 13 aspects of your personality.

There can be a Competency Story taking 1 element of each category.

That makes it more than a lakh of Competency Stories.

But I shall work with at least 200 stories to start with.

?If you know that many about yourself, categorized under 5 kinds of tangible results that the market place is seeking,

Don’t you think that you are at once solving at least about 90% of the recruiters in the market?
