Sandvik Tracked Gyratory Cones - S Series

Sandvik is one of very few suppliers that offer a genuine gyratory cone on a tracked chassis for high production.

The QS332, US440i and US640E options can accept larger feed sizes and achieve more production than standard cones.

With Sandvik's unique ability to change the throw by positioning the bush at a different setting it makes these cones very versatile and able to be adapted to a large variety of materials.

The QS332 units are able to accept feed sizes of up to 360mm depending on liner selection and can replace a jaw or impactor if the feed size is below 360mm. They can also accept an "All in Feed".

The Sandvik QS332 is fitted with a Sandvik CS430 Gyratory

The Sandvik US440 is fitted with the CS440 gyratory

The Sandvik US640 is fitted with the CS660 gyratory

and they can accept the following feed sizes

QS332

  • Extra Coarse (EC) - 360mm Top Size
  • Coarse (C) - 300mm Top Size
  • Medium Coarse (MC) - 235mm Top Size

US440i

  • Extra Coarse (EC) - 500mm Top Size
  • Coarse (C) - 445mm Top Size
  • Medium Coarse (MC) - 335mm Top Size

US640E

  • Extra Coarse (EC) - 662mm Top Size

Minimum CSS of 25mm and Maximum CSS of 57mm depending on liner selection and eccentric bush settings for CS430 and CS440 cones with the CS660 cone delivering Minimum CSS of 29mm and Maximum CSS of 83mm.

QS332, US440i and US640 models can accept large feed sizes and achieve high production capacities.

CLP - Constant Liner Performance to maintain its profile throughout the liners wear life and to maintain the feed opening even when worn.

CSS adjustments while crushing - no production stoppages while making size alterations.

Not ideal if you are trying to achieve good shape for fine aggregates but ideal for size reduction and high tonnes per hour are required (up to 30% more). Ideally used for downsizing for further crushing, producing rail ballast and larger road base and subbase materials.
