San Diego Real Estate Report Feb 2021

San Diego Real Estate Report Feb 2021: Property sales prices went up 10.6% from last month. Total Inventory for sale was down 16.2% compared to last month and 58.9% lower compared to same time last year! Price per square foot is touching $471. The number of new listings stayed relatively flat compared to last month. We saw this trend in 2005. Many casual buyers are getting priced out. It is hard market for those that tend to overthink and those looking to pay a "fair" price. It might be better for some buyers to wait it out for a year or two and see if there is a correction or for your need-based purchase simply buy with a long term view and be content with the current interest rates. Every individual situation is different - please give me a call if I can be of service. We are continuing to represent our clients taking a long term view and are still getting our stronger offers accepted. Realtors want to work with other experienced Realtors in a market like this to ensure that clients are well educated and well represented on both sides of the transaction. Click here for the full report: https://www.rashidrealty.com/pages/Market_Action_Report.pdf
