On Aug 5 we will talk about why the health insurance costs have been a?million dollars per year?higher than necessary and how exactly they will be reduced in a way that...

1) Saves you $1,000,000+ annually

2) Improves quality of benefits for all participants with?much lower deductibles, etc.

3) Streamlines HR function?

4) Improves executive visibility to and control over health insurance cost drivers.

- With you both in copy, I will reach out to discuss savings on?Telecommunications and?Treasury with those in charge of each matter.?

-AAAA,?I think it’s better if they learn about the DCI Strategy program from you first.?Agree?

- With you both in copy, I will ask your Controller to put me in contact with Dane for the collection of pertinent freight data and specifications for performance.

Please maintain DCI’s spreadsheet and work product in strict confidence and we will strive to hit the TOTAL $2.4 Million of identified annual savings we discussed today.
