6 个月Samsung's limited position in the telecom market, being still behind ZTE, can be attributed to several interconnected factors. The telecommunications infrastructure industry is dominated by established players like Ericsson, Nokia, and Huawei, who benefit from long-standing relationships with operators and comprehensive portfolios that include both traditional and OpenRAN technologies. These incumbents make it challenging for new entrants, such as Samsung, to quickly gain significant market share. Additionally, many telecom operators have been cautious about fully adopting OpenRAN, due to concerns over interoperability, network performance, and the overall maturity of the technology. This caution tends to favor established vendors offering integrated solutions. Samsung also faces challenges related to interoperability and integration, which are critical for gaining operator trust in OpenRAN deployments. Furthermore, as OpenRAN is still emerging, operators' hesitancy to adopt it on a large scale adds another layer of difficulty to Samsung's market expansion.
