Smarte Carte SG, Age-Friendly Workplace

Today, Smarte Carte Singapore is an adopter of the Tripartite Standard on Age-friendly Workplace Practices (AFW).

Smarte Carte Singapore started in 2014, 01 April. A company with an unique concept for manpower acquiring. As majority of the companies in Singapore has 10% or less of their total headcount who belongs to the retirement group unlike Smarte Carte Singapore with 90% of our total headcount of employee belonging to the retirement group (retirees from other companies) who join us as permanent employee.

Smarte Carte Singapore also hires people from all walks of life, 90% of our workforce are mature workers , mainly retirees from other organisation (average age of 65), up to 85 years old (our most veteran staff).

Notwithstanding that, Smarte Carte Singapore constantly look at equipment and technologies which can aid the employee in work and to beef up the productivity level. Not forgetting about the employee well being, Smarte Carte Singapore also collaborates with Health Promotion Board to organise a series of programmes to take care of our employee's well being (from Health screening to health coaching, exercises, healthy eating and so forth).
