Algorithmic Thinking in Leadership (Sample Work for Service Offering)

Reformulation of Spirit

Set X = { X1, X2, X3… Xn} to be the Solution Space.

Xn = p1?p2?p3….. pn, each pi is a polynomial in an integral domain.

To reformulate Spirit,

we firstly?test the solutions X1 to Xn by algorithm U.

Algorithm U is a secret for now. We only know it works and the effectiveness k of it is 35% <= k <= 70%

To increase k of U, we make sure time t is not pressuring the main console to implement the algorithm.

Now suppose t is not in our consideration, we have 70% of effectiveness k using algorithm U.

We test out how many pairs of polynomials in the Solution Space X are affine polynomials. By “affine”, we mean they affect each other. In mathematical term, i.e: V(p1) U V(p2) is non zero, V is the influence space encompassing all results in reality by a certain polynomial.

Then we have y pairs of affine polynomials in X, at 70% of effectiveness we can safely trust that y can be used in our next step.

Secondly, we run algorithm C to select the elements in X which consist at least one pair of affine polynomials. We will finally get Xi1, Xi2, Xi3, Xi4… Xiw, a series of elements that can exhaust the search in all y pairs of affine polynomials.

We are one step closer to reformulate the Spirit.

Last step, multiply the V spaces of y pairs producing V (y^2 ), dividing Xi1, Xi2, Xi3 … Xiw.

The procedure of “dividing” is hereby omitted.

Spirit is reformulated by getting the result of this procedure, which accurately leads to one element in X. Thus only one solution is found in Solution Space X.

When the moment of Spirit reformulation occurs, t comes to effect again and we work under time pressure for main console to perform its best.

Explanation of the Last step

Elisabeth: the "V space" obviously can be called the assemble of all the influence from all real thought leaders, "y pairs" means that there were previously selected pairs of elements, who are defined as "selected leaders" in human language as in here English, we are not expecting all of them doing a good job so far (elaborated at the end of the aritlce here)

so "y pairs" will create a strong influence space that helps us all to live a better world, a more friendly, more trusting world and an easier, happier life. So far, *their individual dual has not been defined*. However their influence has been effecting several days ago.

Mind the timer, leaders!

Influence space is also not yet being defined but the influence, the power of all these positive leaders are real.

Spirit is reformulated by getting the result of this procedure, which accurately leads to one element in X. Thus only one solution is found in Solution Space X.

P.S. I don't mean "Space X"! Although I like Elon;)

There was a lot more to write but depending on individual's understanding to current global politics and policymakers should keep an eye on the "dividing" procedure.

I'm one step away to publish the algorithm of "dividing", I'm pretty much convinced I should do it, but let me solicit the public's opinion.
