Sample Script: Ice Breaker "Caterpillars and Butterflies"

Alright, let’s go around the room and get a tiny bite of who’s here. Please state your first name and if you are a caterpillar or butterfly. Try not to over think it. We don’t need companies or job titles or why you chose one or the other.

[Have the following up on a slide, post-it pad, or in an online whiteboard environment like Miro or Mural. This is so people remember what they are supposed to do.]

__Are you a butterfly or a caterpillar?

[Spend a few minutes on the following propmts. You will find that once people start speaking, more will want to engage. So either budget enough time for everyone or be ready to set a boundary/limit.]
