Peter here —?thanks for checking out my portfolio. I'll be sharing a sample of work in CRM setup that I did for a local organization as part of The Workflow Academy's Revenue Operations Bootcamp.

A little about me

• Growing up, I always did cross-country running and swim team — constantly challenging myself to go farther and faster. I bring the same mindset to my career!?
• Revenue Operations and CRM work is FASCINATING to me. I'm a guy that plays SimCity in his free time, finding joy in bringing order to chaos — Revenue Operations is like real-life SimCity! Check out my Community Project to see how I apply this "order-to-chaos" mindset to some real problems.

After performing a "Needs Analysis" where I interviewed my client and learned all the bottlenecks in their system, I created this "Initial System Outline" and System Flowchart to ensure that I'd captured their pain points and CRM goals.
