Sample e-mail for your admin to enable Roadmap

If you are looking forward to getting Roadmap enabled for your organization, however you are not an admin and you want to help your admin get it enabled, here is a short e-mail I drafted that you can send them:

Hello,

Can you please check if Roadmap is available in our 0365 tenant? If it is, can you please enable it? It is 4 easy steps:

1. Go to https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home?source=applauncher#/homepage
2. In the left nav click “Show more” à Settings à “Services & add-ins”
3. Click on Project Online
4. Turn Roadmap on and click save

To verify that it is enabled:

1. Go to https://project.microsoft.com
2. Click “Create New” and if there is an option for Roadmap, it was successfully enabled.
