SAMHSA’s National Helpline is a free, confidential, 24/7, 365-day-a-year treatment referral and information service for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders. SAMHSA also provides a Behavioral Health Treatment Services Locator tool that helps individuals find local treatment facilities and support services. SAMHSA’s website offers a wealth of information on mental health and substance abuse, including publications, data and statistics, and evidence-based practices. SAMHSA also provides funding opportunities for organizations and communities to improve behavioral health services and outcomes.
