The Same Material Isn't The Same Thing
There's probably no better time to talk about this subject then at this current moment, this being spring and all.
You gotta love people who work with people, all of those who do so this article goes out to you!!!
I've been in the HR field for about 23 years and now I'm in the Marketing field and I love it!! I'm not saying it's easy because it's not. Throught my head consistently there's a river of ideas of what I can do to promote "my" Brand and some of them get out of my head and are implemented, however not everything always works as we plan, the impact sometimes isn't what we expect. I've been learning this throughout time although I don't think I'll never be able to deal with it because when I get into something it has to be with passion.
Disappointment sometimes settles in because you believed so much...
My advice, and what this article is really about, is that we must try to make the best of what we have in life to push forward and to achieve our goals. A Steel bar is solid and on impact it gets dented and out of shape but if we get the same steel bar and make it into a spring we have the capacity to rebound.
It's the same material just used in a different way
So if your down on your luck or you think things are not just going as well as you plan pretend you're a Spring that's under pressure. I'm sure that if you do so the energy stored when you're released will echo and you will beat that opposing force.
May the Force be With You!!
