Same Information, New Approach

It's Friday.

And it's an interesting time.

Recently, I spoke with a business owner with an established hybrid business. She had. a good membership, courses and books. But something was missing this year.

Her old, time-tested way of inviting people to join her membership had stopped working.

It took weeks of research to figure out why:

  1. Time: her audience is really short of time and spending two hours at once is a big commitment
  2. Technology: her audience (pre-C19) was already reluctant to use technology, and now after being forced to use it for a few years, didn't want to if they didn't have to.
  3. Talking: She's created a new approach to test and see, based on her conversations with her audience if it can work.

The big lesson? Think like a scientist as you look at your business. And, am happy to chat if you are facing similar problems at the moment. Have a great weekend.
