The Salvation Army's Cascade Division is in Urgent Need of Donations for Camp Kuratli

Summer camp season is just around the corner and the Salvation Army’s Camp Kuratli in Boring, Oregon, about 25 miles southeast of Portland, is urgently looking for donations to ensure kids have the best possible outdoors experience. All About Kids Camp for ages 7-12 starts June 26th and is in dire need of support due to rising costs from inflation.

Each child attending All About Kids Camp will require a fee of $475 to do so. This fee covers necessary activities, such as art, sports, hiking, and fishing which will add an enriching experience for the children.

Unfortunately for some children, rising costs and inflation can make it difficult to attend a summer camp. That’s why the Salvation Army is asking you to donate and help make a difference in a child’s life. All gifts go to the All About Kids Camp fund and allow children who wouldn’t otherwise be able to attend the camp the chance to make memories that will last a lifetime.

Camp Kuratli believes that all children should have access to a summer camp experience, regardless of economic circumstances.

With your help, Camp Kuratli can offer the necessary financial aid. Please contact [email protected] or (503) 794-3283.
