The Salvation Army Helps Orange and Osceola Counties Brace for Hurricane Milton

As Hurricane Milton nears Central Florida, The Salvation Army of Orange and Osceola Counties is ramping up efforts to assist the community. Having recently responded to the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, the organization is preparing once more to provide shelter, meals, and emergency support for those in the storm’s path.

Both the Women’s & Children’s Shelter and the Men’s & Veterans’ Shelter at The Salvation Army’s Orlando Area Command will remain open 24/7, offering a safe haven for those experiencing homelessness. Along with a secure place to stay, individuals will receive warm meals and access to showers, ensuring essential care during this challenging time.

In advance of the hurricane, The Salvation Army is distributing shelter bags with critical supplies and informing those in need about shelter availability. These proactive measures are part of the organization’s commitment to ensuring that no one faces the storm alone.

Once Hurricane Milton has passed, The Salvation Army’s Emergency Disaster Services teams are ready to be on the ground, delivering aid to the areas hit hardest. “Our mobile canteen and rapid response vehicle can serve up to 1,500 meals per day to affected individuals and families,” shared Major Ken Chapman, Area Commander. In addition to meals, the teams will distribute toiletry kits and offer spiritual care, helping meet both physical and emotional needs.

Financial contributions are the most effective way to support The Salvation Army’s ongoing relief efforts, allowing them to quickly respond and adapt to the community’s immediate needs. Donations of items such as blankets, towels, baby supplies, and pre-packaged snacks will also be accepted after the storm.

For updates on The Salvation Army’s local response to Hurricane Milton, the TSA Orlando mobile app provides real-time information.

With the support of the community, The Salvation Army of Orange and Osceola Counties is ready to stand alongside those in need, helping them weather the storm and rebuild in the days ahead.

Here is an example of my global fractal simulation and genesis of the Milton hurricane- most probably we could scatter it into smaller pieces using my technology and prototype concepts. https://youtu.be/LTgPxKwRUJQ https://www.dhirubhai.net/posts/activity-7249838170890981376-FXUO?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop This is just a demo - droplet in the sea what our climate models and theology can do. We are seeking partners, collaborations, and official recognition. Publishing all details is risky - our model assumes the possibility of efficient weather modification for civil and infrastructure protection - however, it can be also used to do more damage if used by potential climate terrorists or countries in war or conflicts. Therefore careful testing with meteologists is needed. We look forward to collaborating on projects. kind regards new invention - Holographic climate model Self-re-organizing fractal diffusive natural neural patterns technology based on holographical and cymatics projection principles.
