Jean-Michel Hannoun-Levi
Professor of Radiation Oncology Antoine Lacassagne Cancer Center - University C?te d’Azur
Second breast conservative treatement in 2nd ipsilateral breast cancer event has reassuring oncological outcomes and survival. The majority of patients did not experience significant late complications. Larger volume of CTV, in addition to larger absolute volumes of V100, V150 and V200 were associated with increased risk of late toxicity. Treatment plans with more needles and less DNR were as- sociated with less complications. https://authors.elsevier.com/a/1idkX5TpjqSgSl
