Before we moved to our proud new home in an old Sawmill, we operated from an old Calving Shed which stood beside a huge Weeping Willow. The Salix Set, named after the Latin name for the Willow is a selection of knives which will cover most bases in the kitchen. It includes a great mix of chef knives and utility knives (Brawny Chef, Classic, Good Chopper, Agile Yeoman and Savernake Knife), made to order for ￡1,250.
