I know, I know.?The sunglasses are terrible.?But aside from that (and waiting ages for Ubers), we had an awesome team gathering at SaaStr in the Bay Area earlier this month!?We had the opportunity to check out some great new revenue tech like?Nektar,?RevSure, and?Sightfull.?Almost adopted a puppy or two.?And held tons of great small group sessions discussing rev ops best practices and team building.?Already looking forward to next year!

Role #1:

This week we are kicking off a search for a brand new client. This UK based client is eager to grow their team in the U.S. and have an urgent GTM Commercial Operations Manager opening.?

Company Overview: Privately Held, B2B Enterprise, IT Services and Consulting Firm

Role: GTM Commercial Operations Manager

  • Comp: $100k-120k - Prefers 3-5 years of experience
  • Location: Fully remote, US Based; HQ London
  • Priorities: This role will be responsible for continuously enhancing commercial operations by designing simple to use pricing tools, supporting the development of new offers, building data analytics, providing financial support on large deals and ad hoc finance analysis support.
  • Highlights: This will be a great opportunity for an extremely data driven and consultative individual who is ready to step into their first manager level role. Someone who enjoys the challenge of improving existing processes, procedures, and tools.will be very successful in this role.
  • Skills Required: Advanced Excel skills - strong financial modeling. VBA experience is a plus.

Role #2:

We have a long-term client looking to bring on their first head of sales ops.?

Company Overview: B2B SaaS

Role: Director, Sales Operations

  • Comp: $160-180k + bonus
  • Location: HQ on East coast, but remote and open to all US time zones - Eastern/Central working hours preferred.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in Sales Ops/Rev Ops, 3+ years Sales Enablement, experience managing a small Sales Ops team
  • Highlights: This Director of Sales Operations role is perfect for someone who is ambitious, analytical, possesses a high emotional intelligence and a high level of enthusiasm. You will be a partner to the SVP of sales in developing go-to-market strategies and scaling a team in a high growth start-up environment. Our client is in need of a true builder to focus on sales pipelining by owning funnel management, pipeline development, and helping to identify opportunities to shorten the sales cycle. If you are passionate about using data to help identify high intent new markets or verticals we'd love to talk to you.
