April Wrap-up

April was a month of growth. Some great milestones were reached, and it felt like years. Here is my monthly update.

I had 42 calls and meetings, 5 podcast recordings, 4 webinars, and 2 customer workshops.

Below is an overview of things and projects that worked well:

  • I got accepted on LinkedIn Live! It means that I can now stream content to my entire network and the rest of LinkedIn. This is a massive milestone that I didn't expect to reach that fast.
  • I have resumed outbound prospection with great results. Out of all people I have contacted, 54% answered, 19% booked a discovery call with me, all that by spending 30 minutes a day prospecting. Want to know how to do that? Get more details here.
  • I've started sharing video content, and the reactions have been really encouraging. I've shared content around the T-shaped SDR and I'll be posting video tips every Wednesday.

One thing that didn't work so well:

  • I'm having trouble turning my conversations in revenue. My posts are showing great engagement and traction, leading to fantastic conversations. However, I do not manage to turn enough of them into bookings. Here is my analysis:

My offerings are not clear enough

I'm having too many conversations with people who cannot make decisions

People have a tough time making decisions and committing to sales training for now

What's coming in May?

  • LinkedIn Live Coaching with Thibaut: Every other Wednesday, I'll go live on LinkedIn and share content for 15 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of live sales coaching. If you want to be coached and gain free exposure, apply here.
  • Webinar Series: Every other Wednesday, I'll keep running my usual webinar series, with special guests, exclusive content, and discounts. They will also be streamed on LinkedIn.
