Salesforce Summer Release Notes

A few weeks before the release actually takes place, the website is updated with Salesforce Summer Release Notes. These notes are like guides of information with everything that you need to know about the upcoming updates. You can find insights on how the new release aims to improve the performance, logic, security, and usability of our products.

The Release Updates page provides a list of updates that can be necessary for your organization to enable. It is best to carefully read the Salesforce Summer Release Notes in depth and be prepared. But be alert as some release updates can affect existing customizations.

Salesforce Summer ’24 Release Dates

Now, it is of utmost importance for you to know the Release Dates of every Salesforce release. Keep an eye on the Maintenance Calendar to know precisely when your Salesforce org will get the Summer ’24 features. Scroll through the list and check your Salesforce instance (NA__, EMEA__) against the release dates listed in the calendar.

The Salesforce Summer ’24 Release Dates are as follows:?

You can go to Salesforce Trust, click on the name of your instance, and select “Maintenance” if you already know which instance your production organization is hosted on. This will display the date when your organization will receive the Salesforce Summer 2024 release.

Salesforce Sandbox Preview Guide

Release Updates

Release updates frequently include a Test Run option that lets you activate the update and check for any modifications to your organization, including customizations, before the upgrade’s Complete Steps By date. The Salesforce mobile app allows you to see attachments but not edit them.

Enter Release Updates in the Quick Find box from Setup and choose Release Updates to view release updates.
