With just a few clicks, A Hertz manager was able to request assistance using the “Call Me Now” feature by submitting a short entry form with only six fields. Within minutes, they received a call from the Salesforce support team, who promptly addressed the issue. Impressed with the quick response, the customer used the feature multiple times. Each interaction was excellent, taking only around two minutes for a Salesforce support team member to respond.
