The Salesforce Platform and 1218 Global - Forcing the Future to be Now

1218 Global has been working with Salesforce applications for many years. As experts in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Clients began asking us to apply our system integration know-how to take data from Salesforce CRM and bring it into middle-office and back-office applications. Then came Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Staff Scheduling Systems on the Salesforce Platform and 1218 Global was asked to integrate those into the ERP systems for HR and billing as well.
Meanwhile, 1218 Global was working on implementing new systems for all aspects of our own business. In a few weeks we will have implemented Salesforce platform SaaS products for managing our CRM, Hiring (ATS), Service Management and PSA. We have configured them specifically to support our way of working, ensured they are GDPR compliant, and they will create a full end-to-end solution for all aspects of our business.
Why is all this important? It’s because we all have the same goals; to interact with our clients efficiently and cost effectively across many channels, to capture data once and move it through our business supply chain without having to re-key the same data again, and to be able to report business metrics in real time and across the entire end-to-end business process. We want easy-to-access and easy-to-configure reports and dashboards, with the ability to drill down into the data. We want data security and audit trails that avoid the plethora of spreadsheets that age and are uncontrolled. We want access from desktop machines or mobile devices, from anywhere in the world.
