Salesforce, Macros, and You - WIN!

Do you perform repetitive tasks in your Salesforce Org? Something as simple as scheduling a follow-up call with a Lead or sending the initial email to a new Contact takes time and adds up over the days, weeks, months, and years. Not to worry, Salesforce has given us some pretty powerful automation tools to work with, and not all of them require an Admin or Developer!

Salesforce Macros are a declarative (visual) tool that allows the average user to create automation in their daily tasks with minimal effort. A user that adds the same not to every successful contact or has a standard "next step" can leverage the strength of Salesforce macros to gain minutes back in their day.
