Salesforce Garbage Collector Plugin Updates, Admin Survey Webinar and Debug Log Analyzer Extension

Welcome to this week's edition of CloudBites Weekly. Last week I had an amazing time at the inaugural Irish Dreamin where there was a great mix of speakers and fun. Salesforce Garbage Collector Plugin Updates

Jannis Schreiber is working on a great little plugin for the sf CLI that helps with several org maintenance and deployment jobs that are particularly handy for complex deployments and environments where you are working with unlocked packages. This week he shared the garbage collector portion of this has been updated to output a neat table of the items that have been deprecated in your org.

If you are working in a larger or more complex environment then unlocked packages are a great way of managing your deployments in a more structured format and this is a tool that can really help.

Salesforce Admin Survey Webinar

Earlier this year Salesforce Ben ran their first admin survey. The results are now in and on the 1st April Christine Marshall and the Validity Inc. team will be sharing and discussing a number of the results.

You can sign up here for the webinar to see what the feedback from the admin community was and where administrators feel the ecosystem is and will be heading.

Debug Log Analyzer Chrome Extension

Another week, another handy chrome extension. This one is a Salesforce debug log analyzer from NiSAR AHMAD .

Head over and read Nisar's post here. This looks like a handy extension for reviewing items in the browser and could pair well with the debug log to Plant UML extension that was shared last week.
