Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Act as the subject matter expert for clients, aiding them in shaping their CPQ solution roadmap.

Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Salesforce CPQ, including its limitations, and effectively communicate these aspects to clients.

Lead discovery workshops to gather requirements through interviews, document analysis, and business analysis.

Translate business requirements into functional system requirements.

Review design documents, functional specifications, and system design specifications.

Lead and participate in hands-on solution design, solution architecture, proof-of-concepts, process flows, as well as configuration and deployment activities to support both current and upcoming projects.

Conduct Solution Architecture reviews with project teams before design and development, ensuring scalability, alignment with vendor roadmaps, and meeting customers' business needs.

Provide support in presales activities, including estimation, solution proposals, and responses to RFPs.

Roles:

A minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to architecting Salesforce-based solutions.

A minimum of 3 years of CPQ experience, including involvement in at least 3 Salesforce CPQ end-to-end implementations.

A strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ capabilities, including Contract Management,?#billing?, and?#ordermanagement

Hands-on experience with?#cpq?integration into third-party applications, especially in areas like document generation, Contract Life Cycle, and electronic signatures such as?#docusign?.

Proven experience in defining implementation strategies, roadmaps, process flow diagrams, and leading solution implementations.

Multiple end-to-end implementations of Salesforce projects across Sales, Service Cloud, Communities, and Salesforce App Cloud.

Knowledge of Salesforce-specific design patterns is a plus.
