Salesforce-Conga Sign

Conga Sign:

Conga Sign is an eSignature application made specifically for Salesforce. User can initiate an eSignature process from any object in Salesforce using pre-defined templates or by adding signature tags in real-time. Then they simply select up to 10 recipients, set the Signing order, and deliver the document to be Signed. All signing activity is tracked and updated in Salesforce, the result being a legally valid electronic signature.

License Required:

To use Conga Sign, administrators must have a Salesforce license to configuration Conga Sign and send documents for eSignature. However, recipients do not need a Salesforce license to sign documents sent through Sign. Conga Sign supports Word and PDF file types and allows users to store files in Salesforce. There is also a streamlined integration with Conga Composer, allowing Composer customers to leverage all of the features of Conga Composer with their Conga Sign eSignature processes.

A typical Signing process with Conga Sign:

1. Click Send for Signature on the record you’re working on.

2. Select or upload a document to sign.

3. Select recipients and signing order.

4. Add tags to the document (if the template does not already have signature tags.

5. Send for Signature.

6. Recipients sign.

7. Final document is rendered and uploaded back into Salesforce and emailed to all parties with the signed.

Installation of Conga Sign:

Step1: Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for Conga Sign and click on Get it Now.

Step2: Go to App Launcher search for Conga Sign click on Conga Sign Setup tab.

Step3: Go to Org Configuration we need to select Region and have click on Connect.

Step4: Click on Start Automatic Configuration it will let you choose 10 Objects click on Next after you can select 10 Profile then click on Save after click on Done.?So it will run the process so what happen is that when you run this it will actually enables a send email button in your Page Layout.?

Step5: After you need to go to the selected Object Page Layout.??

1. Need to add “Send with Conga Sign” button from Account Layout in Account Detail Section.?

Setup=>Object Manager=> Account=> Account Layout=> click on Button => drag this “Send with Conga Sign” button to Account Detail Section.?

2. Need to add “Send with Conga Sign” button from Mobile & Lightning Action from Account Layout into Salesforce Mobile & Lightning Experience Action Section.??

3. Now from Related List of Account Layout need to add Conga Sign Transactions and after Save it.?

Step6: Send a Document for Signature.?

• After open any Selected Object record You will be able to see Send with Conga Sign was added and Conga Sign Transactions related list.?

Click on Send with Conga Sign button upload the document which needs to send for signature and add the recipients who needs to be send.?

• After you can set the Subject add Message you can set Transaction Expiration and Expiration Remainder

• After click on Preview and Tag here you can add Signature, Name, Sign Date many more things after click on Send button.?

• Now you will be able to see one related Conga Sign Transaction record is created for such selected record with Status as SENT.??

FOR Recipient side signature process:?

Step1: Recipient must have received a mail Recipient can click on View Document.?

Step2: After can click on Initial and then click on Adopt Signature and Sign.?

Step3: After click on Signature then click on Complete Signing.?

After complete signing Conga Sign Transactions Record Status has changed to COMPLETE and Final Document Sync Status changed as SUCCESS.?
