Commerce Cloud features three core capabilities: B2B Commerce, B2B2C Commerce, and B2C Commerce.

B2B Commerce: B2B ecommerce is the process of selling products between two businesses via an online channel. B2B2C Commerce: Salesforce’s new B2B2C Commerce app allows B2B companies to quickly launch a connected, direct-to-consumer (D2C) eCommerce storefront. It simplifies the launch process by empowering business stakeholders to build their portal with clicks, not code.

AI-driven actions in Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Recently, Salesforce added AI Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) capabilities to Commerce Cloud that make the platform even more flexible and enable B2B, B2C and D2C sellers to drive more automation, increase sales and adapt quickly to changing customer demands.
