Over 10 years of overall professional experience
More than 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Architect across various projects

Proficient in #salesforce Technologies such as Lightning, LWC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Integration, Customization, Configuration, etc.
Over 3 years of experience in deployment teams, preferably using Agile development methodologies
Strong communication skills, capable of crafting emails, leading whiteboard discussions, and delivering technical presentations
Ability to provide direction and drive the development team
Familiarity with #agilemethodology and SCRUM Framework, with over 3 years of experience
Highly preferred: Salesforce advanced administrator, advanced developer, or technical architect certifications
Preferably holds one or more current Salesforce.com certifications (developer, administrator, sales/service, Technical Architect, etc.)
