The Companies

We are working with a number of brands that are established and recognised name within the optical market, our clients?has been making eyewear, designing manufacturing and distributing high-quality frames, sunglasses and sports eyewear under licensing agreements for leading luxury and premium brands as well as their own brands.

The Roles

Reporting to both the National Sales Manager, these roles will “ambassador” the companies, their values, service and brands that supply superior quality eyewear to all new and existing customers throughout the retail optical market.

As targeted sales roles, emphasis will be placed on driving revenue growth and profitability within nationwide, building awareness of the portfolio of eyewear brands as well as delivering excellent service to direct customers.

The Individuals

Developing new business is essential, delivery of targets a must and a desire to be part of a fast-paced developing company is fundamental.

With a strong sense of ownership, the individual will have an enthusiastic approach to direct sales, a verifiable track record of new business sales, an appreciation for margin restraints and a forward-thinking attitude to business development.

Relationships within industry would be a strong advantage, along with a personable and outgoing manner to maintain and develop existing relationships. The role requires an individual who is self motivated, energetic and proactive.
