SALES, PITCH, AND RELATIONSHIPS

It is rightly said, sales are no longer about making a pitch. It is about building a relationship. Very often we come across various online products and services that people heavily rely on. When asked about it, the simple reply that we get is that “It is better than the rest.” 

So, what makes a product or service better than the others which might provide the same products or services? It is how it develops a loyal relationship with its customer base that makes them come back again and again to avail the same experience service. It is how a business tries to reach its top-notch potential.

There are various questions that go around when a business is started. Things like what to do, how to do, where to do are always asked. But one answer is related to every question that ignites, give what the customer wants. As it is widely said, a customer can help you to make or break your business. Their satisfaction can help you to expand your business and self-advertise how good your services are. 

So how important is it to build a deep relationship with your customers?

It is one of the most essential aspects of bringing success to your job. A customer would not be investing in your business if they think that your agenda is just to make a sale. The customers should feel that the business wants to help them in whichever way it is possible. It is right that the company needs revenue to function. But taking good care of the customers and their needs would help them to invest in your business, again and again, making them a customer for life. 

Being a customer-funded company is a dream all businesses strive for.

Trust and loyalty are what customers should not only feel but it must be served to them as well. They should be satisfied with the value which has been delivered to them.

Different nature of businesses have defined value management in detail and rigorously work towards strengthening customer relationship and enhance the customer experience.

Pitching makes an important part in telling what the company has to offer. The customers get to know about the business, the products, the services, the offers, etc and it helps them to make a better decision whether to invest their time and money into the business or not. But if the company aims to accomplish its goals and making the customer’s satisfaction as one of its goals, then the company would achieve what it wants.

The question that comes is how do we build a relationship of trust, loyalty, and faithfulness with the customers?

This will be achieved if the customers will have a safe space to share their views and feedback about your product and service.

This can be done if they are able to voice their opinions about your product or service, whether it is in favor of you or not. The safe space to share their reviews should be given by you, a platform where they can criticize and appreciate your work. 

Giving them certain deals to keep them happy will help you as the customers will be approaching you, again and again, to invest in your business. It is important to maintain a high amount of transparency with the customers to ensure a healthy relationship.

By building a transparent relationship , your business will be flourished, and your customers might also act as free advertisers and get you more potential customers!
