With capacity for up to 3,000 delegates and over 30 flexible meeting rooms, this venue is a key destination for the international business and events community, catering to both business and leisure travellers.

Key Responsibilities (dependent on role):

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the MICE and Corporate sectors.
  • Manage and grow client accounts, delivering against ambitious sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of events.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales trips, and industry events, both nationally and internationally.
  • Drive innovation and strategic growth within the sales team.

Ideal Candidates Will Bring:

  • Proven sales experience in hospitality or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • A passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Experience in team leadership (for senior roles).
  • Familiarity with systems like Opera or Delphi FDC is a plus.
