Sales and Marketing Specialist Opportunity - $65-80k DOE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist/Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth, enhance brand visibility, and expand market share. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to effectively promote our products/services and engage with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide support in preparing sales presentations.
  • Present to potential clients. (may require some travel)

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Contribute to the development of marketing plans and campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing initiatives across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Content Creation:

  • Create compelling and engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, website copy, and social media posts.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop visual assets such as graphics, videos, and presentations.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages to target audiences.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and support.
  • Cultivate a network of contacts to facilitate business development opportunities and partnerships.

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Compile and analyze data related to sales and marketing activities, generating reports to track progress and performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, analytics tools).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
