Job Description:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.

Identify and target new customer segments and market opportunities.

Manage and lead the sales team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.

2.?Marketing Strategy and Execution:

Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).

Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.

Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing efforts with product offerings.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Implement customer retention strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.

Prepare regular reports for senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Utilize data insights to refine and optimize strategies.

4. Team Leadership and Development:

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
