As our Hotel Sales Manager, you'll be a key player. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you'll drive revenue growth by securing and cultivating Corporate Accounts, Group Business, and Agency/Consortia partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong client base through targeted prospecting and lead generation for the luxury market.
  • Champion a sales-driven culture, sharing best practices and fostering collaboration within the team.
  • Develop strategic sales plans alongside leadership, keeping the luxury experience at the forefront.
  • Craft compelling sales presentations tailored to each lead, highlighting the hotel's unique luxury offerings.
  • Consistently exceed revenue goals across rooms and events, focusing on attracting and securing high-value clients.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional experiences and exceeding expectations in the realm of luxury hospitality.
  • Oversee sales tools, distribution channels, and online presence to optimize visibility for the luxury market.
  • Master relevant hotel industry sales platform(s) to manage leads, groups, and financials.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of hotel inventory, including luxury suites and exclusive amenities.
  • Track lost business, conversion rates, and lead sources for insightful reporting.
  • Lead property tours, showcasing the hotel's luxury features and ambiance.
  • Network at industry events, building connections within the luxury hospitality space.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to guest inquiries and RFPs, maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.
  • Participate in weekly sales and revenue strategy meetings, focusing on maximizing luxury market opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven success in luxury hotel and event sales.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets, demonstrating an understanding of the luxury market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-end clientele.
  • Expertise in hotel/event technology platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and guest service abilities, tailored to a luxury environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong time management, and follow-up skills.
