As our Hotel Sales Manager, you'll be a key player. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you'll drive revenue growth by securing and cultivating Corporate Accounts, Group Business, and Agency/Consortia partnerships.
- Build a strong client base through targeted prospecting and lead generation for the luxury market.
- Champion a sales-driven culture, sharing best practices and fostering collaboration within the team.
- Develop strategic sales plans alongside leadership, keeping the luxury experience at the forefront.

- Master relevant hotel industry sales platform(s) to manage leads, groups, and financials.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of hotel inventory, including luxury suites and exclusive amenities.
- Track lost business, conversion rates, and lead sources for insightful reporting.
- Lead property tours, showcasing the hotel's luxury features and ambiance.
- Network at industry events, building connections within the luxury hospitality space.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to guest inquiries and RFPs, maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.

- 3+ years of proven success in luxury hotel and event sales.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets, demonstrating an understanding of the luxury market.
