Sales Manager Spare Parts Customer Service/Spare Parts Manager required for Berlin
For our client in Berlin we are looking for a Parts Manager for the following role:
Tasks:
International service and support management
You will act as a competent link in projects for the development and implementation of Customer-specific solutions (existing systems) through the proactive distribution of spare parts within Customer Service and let your expertise flow in.
? Preparation and follow-up of quotations and on-time order processing
? Development of international customer-specific service concepts / product life cycle
? Customer support, expanding the customer base and winning back customers
? Creation and maintenance of spare parts price lists and international maintenance contract management
? Increase in sales and earnings in the area of responsibility
? Close cooperation with the relevant departments and Head of Customer Service
Requirements:
? Completed commercial, technical training or comparable experience with appropriate technical understanding
? Experience in the international customer service business, desirable in the field of Conveyor
? Very good knowledge of MS Office, experience in the ERP system, ideally Business Central
? Occasional travel at home and abroad
? Proactive way of working, solution-oriented thinking, high communication skills Team player
? German and English required, other foreign languages are an advantage.
Must be eligible to work in Germany.
